The Fine Print:
This is not a guarantee of uninterrupted WordPress service. ExpandSM is not responsible for script errors, downtime, or site malfunctions due to WordPress plugins or host server. Backups are done in a sequential order according to installation date. WordPress version and plugins requiring updates will be done in one visit and backups will be generated. Urgent security updates will be made when necessary. Any updates requested outside of this schedule are considered a non-covered tech support request. The client will be billed for one hour of tech support according to the stated rate on the project contract for every update requested outside of the scheduled routine. Payment is to be made before the update will occur.
